🌱 Switch to organic tampons and pads. 85% of tampons tested found traces of the toxic herbicide glyphosate.
🦷 Choose non-fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash. Contrary to popular belief, fluoride is a chemical, which is highly toxic to the liver and can cause cancer.
Switch to organic, all natural body products. Get away from the major brands, not using safe nontoxic materials. The US has loose regulations and companies are not obligated to disclose all the harmful ingredients. 😡
I am aware that for some, it might be hard to believe these facts or switch to other type of products after believing for so many years for example that fluoride is beneficial, but I would be glad to elaborate further if requested on any of these items. Or even better, do your own research. 🧐
