The question I get the most is where I get protein from. I use leafy greens as the base for most of my salads because they have the most bioavailable protein available for humans. Not only that, but leafy greens help reverse all protein related diseases (gout, kidney disease, gallstones etc), which are caused from protein sources not breaking down or assimilating to the body. 🥬🥬🥬
