Plant-Based For 4 Reasons

The question I get asked the most is why I have chosen a plant-based lifestyle. 🌱

The right nutrition can help prevent and heal disease.
2️⃣For longevity
Look young, feel great and have natural energy. Who doesn’t want to live a long life if they are in good health?
3️⃣ To save the animals
Stop inducing fear and promoting violence.
4️⃣ To reduce the impact on climate change
Reducing meat consumption is one of the biggest changes you can make to the planet.
