TURF x VEA Newport Beach Fall Bash

Last month, I had the opportunity to attend a wonderful event which consisted of a variety of outdoor workout classes organized by @turf_nb at the beautiful @veanewportbeach. 😎

The best workout of all, according to experts, is simply whichever one you enjoy—because that’s the one you’ll actually do. 🙌

Any consistent workout is better than none. Doing what you like will promote consistency. People tend to do consistently what they enjoy. 😌

The key is figuring out which exercise you’ll actually do. Try something else, something fun, something you’ve always wanted to do or maybe once did but for various reasons stopped doing. 🤔

When it comes to fitness, working out in group settings can boost motivation, burn more calories and make exercise fun. Group fitness classes are my favorite, that’s why I love @turf_nb. 💪🏼

Halloween 2023 was a lot of fun. I had many events to go to and dressed up in 3 costumes. In the US, Halloween really symbolizes the start of the holiday season.
