I would love to know what is your favorite health book ❤️ and your favorite cookbook? 👩🏻‍🍳

While I don’t have a favorite cookbook, I have many favorite books about health and wellness. However, the book that changed everything for me is “The Truth About Cancer” (not featured here). This was a very eye-opening book about why the medical system in the US is focused on treating symptoms and not discovering the root cause of illnesses. 🤯
