Fruit has been recognized as one of the healthiest and the most healing foods there is. Fruit is full of minerals like potassium, Vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants and glucose. โค๏ธ It is a great source of hydration and natural sugars to fuel us. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
