๐Ÿ‹ Drinking lemon water is an excellent way to hydrate, refresh and cleanse the body first thing in the morning. It is an excellent tonic and can help to detoxify the entire body.

๐Ÿ‹It is particularly beneficial first thing in the morning because it is especially effective for cleansing the liver, which works while we sleep to gather and purge toxins from the body.

๐Ÿ‹Ideally, the water should be room temperature. Cold or warm water is ok too, however hot water may destroy some the lemon enzymes and properties.
