How many meals do you prep ahead of time? As my schedule keeps getting busier, I have been prepping my breakfast in advance too. 🤎
I have made different variations of this in the past. I have mixed Brussels sprouts with the sauce and then roasted them. I have also blended a mango with the sauce, so it was smooth and creamy. This time, I decided to use a store-bought sauce, combine it with diced mango and add the sauce before serving the Brussels sprouts. Which variation sounds better to you? 💚

I have always enjoyed fitness classes. Working out in group settings can boost motivation, burn more calories and make exercise fun. In the past couple years, I have also preferred outdoor fitness classes. The fresh air and the morning sun, makes the workouts even more enjoyable for me. 😎
